Delivery & Free Returns
All domestic orders are shipped between 1-2 business day's and usually arrives between 5-7 business days. All international orders are shipped between 1-2 business day's and usually arrives between 7-10 business days. For international orders, we do not have any control nor can estimate duties and customs cost.
FREE Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do accept returns for the wrong size as long as the item is not worned and with original packaging. Send us an email at sales@goatbyjamesking.com indicating what size you need.
The majority of returns are refunded in the form of a store credit from Goat by James King. Returns are processed within 7 business days after we have received your return.
